The NTUCB is a National Federation of Trade Unions and shall work with national, regional and international organizations whose aims and objectives conform with the principles and policies of the NTUCB.

The NTUCB will be a respected, proactive, financially independent organization empowering effective leadership and offering a diverse range of the trade union-related services for the workers of Belize, as well as positively influencing harmonious industrial relations to contribute to socio-economic stability and overall sustainable development.

Our Mission

To be the voice of all workers in Belize, through collective effort and the democratic process, while promoting unity, education, rule of law, social protection, and decent work, to attain equitable socio-economic sustainable advancement for workers.
