The general secretariat shall carry out all the administrative work of NTUCB under the direction of the General Secretary. The Administrative Secretary who was recently seconded by the Government of Belize oversees the day-to-day operation of the affairs of the NTUCB. The Administrative Secretary reports to the President and General Council through the General Secretary. The elected President along with the Director of Education are also seconded by the Government of Belize to the Secretariat of the NTUCB.

The Executive Committee consists of 13 officers and is responsible to the General Council.
